Job summary

Chimes is hiring a Custodian for Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, at our Aberdeen, MD location. This on-site role involves cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, in line with contract specifications.

We offer a set pay rate of $17.20 per hour and require a High School diploma or equivalent; six months custodial experience preferred. Candidates must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces.
• Move, lift, and arrange heavy items as required.
• Attend work regularly and follow contract specifications and safety policies.
