Job summary

Chimes in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Custodian for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces.

The role requires adherence to contract specifications, safety standards, and a proactive approach to maintaining sanitary, orderly facilities.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and some custodial experience; ability to lift 25–50 lbs; and a reliable, team-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow contract specifications and agency policies.
• Clean assigned areas and disinfect restrooms and surfaces.
• Descale showers, toilets, and urinals.
• Move and lift heavy items as required.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, break rooms, and common areas.
