Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams
• Speak, read, and write fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required
• Previous military experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition
• Performs routine maintenance activities
• Performs heavy cleaning duties
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors
• Gathers and empties trash
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities; dusts furniture, walls, and equipment
• Follows procedures for chemical cleaners and power machinery
• Vacuums and shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies
• Notifies managers regarding repairs to equipment
• Mowing, edging, fertilizing lawn/gardens
• Weeding and mulching garden beds
• Removing unwanted vegetation
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Watering gardens, lawns, and landscaping
