Job summary

AAA Parking in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance employee to keep the facility looking sharp and all equipment in good working order. You will perform routine cleaning, light repairs, and respond to maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience (hospital/healthcare setting a plus).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep entrances and exits and pick up trash.
• Walk the facilities and report issues such as burned-out lights or repairs.
• Check maintenance schedule for special projects.
• Ensure ticket spitters and gates function and are stocked with tickets and show correct time.
• Maintain and wipe down all equipment and clean oil/water spots as needed.
• Paint poles, walls, machines, curbs, lanes and other requests when needed.
• Clean all restrooms and stairwells.
• Report illegal parkers and issue tickets if necessary.
