The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a facility-focused janitorial professional to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment at our GEO Secured Services site in Texas.

You will perform daily cleaning, inspect for safety, manage supplies, and support a culture of health and efficiency. A high school diploma is required; physical fitness is essential; prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Experience in the use of industrial machinery and knowledge of common janitorial practices and procedures used preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the facility is cleaned according to health and safety standards.
• Inspect the facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety awareness training.
• You may also make basic minor repairs and take care of trees, shrubs, and lawns.
