Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with industrial machinery and janitorial procedures preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition and at least 21 years old.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Clean facility according to health and safety standards.
• Inspect facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety training.
• Perform basic minor repairs and lawn/tree care.
