Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) in Birmingham, AL is seeking dependable Custodians to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across offices, restrooms, and common areas while supporting a secure government facility environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship, the ability to pass a federal clearance, and prior experience in government facilities. A Real ID and reliable transportation are required to report to the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US Citizenship and the ability to pass a government clearance.
• Experience working in a government facility is preferred.
• Must have a Real ID and dependable transportation to/from work location.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and showers.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Remove trash and debris from and facility grounds.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed.
• Maintain supply closets and inventory of supplies.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner
