Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks dependable Custodial Shift Supervisors to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in a government facility. This on-site, full-time role requires supervising custodial staff, coordinating schedules, and delivering high-quality service to tenants.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of custodial management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of custodial or services management experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance for government facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of custodial safety, equipment, and chemical handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff, schedules, equipment, and supplies to ensure high-quality service.
• Organize and manage work shifts and staffing levels.
• Train and evaluate custodial personnel on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and chemical handling regulations.
• Maintain inventory and oversee budget and cost-saving measures.
• Respond to tenant issues and coordinate corrective actions promptly.
