Qualifications

• 3+ years of custodial/services management experience in commercial or government settings.
• Advanced Custodial Technician certification from CMI or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience leading custodial teams and enforcing safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff, schedules, equipment, and supplies to ensure high-quality service.
• Organize shifts and staffing levels for effective schedules.
• Train and evaluate custodial personnel on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and chemical handling specifications.
• Oversee use and maintenance of custodial tools and equipment.
• Manage a Quality Control Program, inspections, and contract compliance.
• Respond to tenant complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on inspections and work schedules.
• Maintain procedures for chemical storage, usage, and disposal.
• Assist in special custodial projects and emergency cleanups as required.
• Ensure building security through lock/unlock procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses; identify cost-saving measures.
• Maintain inventory records of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Distribute work orders and verify data within the client CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with proper chemical handling and disposal methods.
