Job summary

Lake Superior State University is seeking staff to perform daily cleaning operations in designated areas and to support the setup and takedown of equipment for conferences, athletic events, and other special occasions.

The role includes conducting building inspections, performing routine minor repairs to buildings, equipment, fixtures and furniture, and handling daily recycling collection while keeping the Physical Plant Directors and Managers informed about conditions and needs.

• Handle setup and takedown of equipment and fixtures for conferences, athletic events, and other special events.
• Conduct building inspections and perform routine minor repairs to building components, equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
• Perform daily recycling pick up and report all needed corrective maintenance to the Physical Plant office.
