Job summary

Salt Lake County is seeking a Custodian to provide janitorial services and support for event setups in Division facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning, inventory management, and coordinating with event teams to meet client needs.

The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a background check and RAP Back enrollment as part of policy compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of custodial work experience or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Background check through fingerprinting and RAP Back program enrollment as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial maintenance of facilities, including routine daily cleaning and major cleaning as needed.
• Perform inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment; conduct equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Event Management Team and Stage Managers to execute set-ups, cleaning needs, and client requests.
