Job summary

The SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas while delivering reliable service to customers.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with compensation at $21-$22 per hour. A valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be needed depending on business needs. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• May be forklift certified.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
