Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep in a team environment.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, with an hourly wage of $15.50–$16.50. Education requirements are flexible, with 3–6 months of training preferred and possible driver’s license or forklift certification.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Driver's license may be required; safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus; reading and interpreting instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and take direction from leads and supervisors.
