Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Work Monday through Friday with shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, at $17 per hour.

No specific education is required; 3–6 months of training or experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and safety certifications may be required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months of training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license, completed all safety and task training certification, and may be required to be forklift certified.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
