Job summary

SBM is seeking a Custodian in Kuna, ID to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and handle Hazardous Waste tasks with safety and professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and a professional appearance. Training is available; a driver’s license or forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Perform Hazardous Waste duties including collection, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team and support shift lead with punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
