Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Kuna, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness of assigned areas. You will follow daily schedules, operate cleaning equipment, and work with a team to meet safety and quality standards. No formal education is required, but 3–6 months of training or related experience is preferred.

Bilingual abilities are a plus. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Work in a team to complete tasks and punch-lists.
