Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles and remove waste paper and rubbish.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floors, and damp-mop spills in offices and common areas.
• Hand dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, windowsills, diffusers, and other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, switches, and glass surfaces.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
