Job summary

Servicon is seeking a reliable janitor/custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across assigned areas. You will perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal, with frequent client interaction as needed.

We value teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail; a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year custodial experience are preferred. Servicon offers a supportive culture with EAP and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and address spills in offices and public areas.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors, switches, and glass surfaces.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
