Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required.
• 1–2 years custodial experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and PC skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove clutter, dust furniture and surfaces.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Replenish restroom supplies and maintain facilities.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate professionally with clients and staff.
