Qualifications

• One year of custodial/building facility maintenance experience (or six months with HS diploma/GED) is preferred.
• Ability to read and write to complete required tasks.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, windows, lavatory fixtures, stairs, and doors using standard cleaning tools.
• Operate buffing machine to renew wax finishes.
• Empty trash containers; replace and remove light bulbs.
• Perform related duties as assigned and assist with building operations.
