Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 1st shift in Austin, TX. The role involves daily interior cleaning, waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom sanitation, with potential exterior cleaning and light maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including waste removal and vacuuming.
• Restroom cleaning, dusting, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Exterior cleaning, basic maintenance, and assisting with minor repairs as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report safety issues to supervision.
• Assist with inventory control, supply orders, and special cleaning tasks.
