RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Facilities - Custodial Supervisor Team Lead 1 for a first shift onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee custodial staff and contracted personnel, ensuring clean, safe facilities and compliance with standards.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, 1+ year custodial practices, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to lead a dedicated facilities team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in maintenance and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years custodial best practices, safety rules, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs custodial staff and contracted personnel to perform custodial services.
• Maintains relationships with site customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Conducts facility walks, safety audits, and quality inspections; provides feedback.
• Supervises staff through hiring, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Schedules tasks, adheres to procedures, and minimizes errors and safety risks.
• Reviews timecards and processes PTO per payroll rules.
• Monitors absences and ensures departmental coverage.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
