Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of increasingly responsible maintenance management experience including supervision of staff.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for duration of employment.
• Experience in urban parks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new staff and lead trainings in customer service, safety and cleaning standards.
• Supervise staff and organize work and vehicle schedules to meet workloads.
• Oversee waste management and refuse/recycling across facilities.
• Perform regular facility inspections and assign maintenance tasks via work order system.
• Monitor productivity and provide actionable feedback to staff.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews and discipline; assist in budget and resource planning.
