Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides work management and administrative direction for the Facilities Management Campus Custodial Services Department.
• Ensures sanitation and general cleanliness of all Campus facilities, including buildings, classrooms, laboratories, etc.
• Interacts with vendors/contractors for various services.
• Coordinates with Campus trucking for waste management and pest control, as required.
• Coordinates with grounds services, including snow removal efforts for all buildings and facilities.
• Coordinates all services requirements through direct interaction with supervisors, customers, and vendors.
• Monitors daily operations.
• Implements continuous improvements in methodology, work activities, and performance standards.
