Job summary

Compass Group USA, through SSC Services for Education, is seeking a Janitor Lead to lead custodial training and supervise associates at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks and oversees training activities for custodial associates.
• Trains team members on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and provides training on janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Keeps training material copies and revises material as needed; handles administrative tasks.
