Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) seeks a dedicated Lead Custodian to supervise custodial staff and maintain a clean, safe environment at our Atlanta-area facilities. You will lead tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires 2 years in Environmental Services with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of infection control. You will report to the Account Manager and may train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
