Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to ensure a clean, safe environment at our Atlanta facilities. This role leads custodial tasks, operates industrial cleaning equipment, and supervises environmental services staff.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 3-11:30pm, at 4075 Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta GA 30327. The team emphasizes high cleanliness standards and on-the-job training to support daily operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services with supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
