Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. You will perform and lead custodial tasks, operating cleaning equipment while supervising a team of environmental services staff.

The role requires supervision experience, strong communication, and adherence to infection control and chemical handling protocols. Hours are Mon-Fri, with a location in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance as required.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
