Qualifications

• Minimum three year previous building and preventative maintenance experience required.
• Previous leadership and supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of assigned team members and enforces policy.
• Serves as point of contact for facility services during alternate shifts.
• Cleans hangars, shops, break rooms and restrooms following approved procedures.
