Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking a Facilities Crew Leader to oversee daily maintenance tasks across hangars, shops and grounds, ensuring clean, safe working conditions. You will mentor team members, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with management on training and shifts.

Requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in building maintenance, plus a valid driver's license. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are available to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in building and preventative maintenance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of the facilities team and enforces policies.
• Acts as point of contact for facilities when on alternate shift.
• Cleans and maintains hangars, shops, break rooms and restrooms safely.
• Manages inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains logs.
• Handles hazardous and non-hazardous materials following procedures.
