Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Provo, UT is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist I to clean and maintain hangars, shops and company grounds, ensuring safe working conditions per approved procedures. Under supervision, you will handle non-hazardous materials and assist with spills.

Key duties include cleaning, snow removal, stocking supplies, operating basic maintenance equipment, responding to facility requests, and supporting emergency situations after hours.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Respirator Fit qualified; Forklift and Scissor lift Certification required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes hangars, shops, lunchrooms and restrooms with safe procedures.
• Maintains facility related equipment such as scrubbers and shop-vac.
• Responds to facilities requests and assists with after-hours situations.
• Maintains Company grounds, snow removal and de-icer application.
• Orders and stocks facility supplies; organizes janitorial closets and lunchrooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
