Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead lower level staff by prioritizing and assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Perform manual labor tasks including cleaning, moving furniture, painting, and minor repairs.
• Respond to internal requests and emergencies to ensure safety.
• Monitor contracted cleaning vendors for compliance with standards.
• Maintain logs, forms, and communications for the area.
