Job summary

Parkway Maintenance & Management Pinellas LLC is seeking a Master Crew Facilities Leader to coordinate building services, supervise the floor-care team, and ensure clean, safe common areas across multiple residential properties in Clearwater.

You will inspect facilities, operate floor-care equipment, follow safety procedures, handle light groundskeeping, and report issues to foremen. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying building needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Bi-lingual helpful.
• Experience operating floor maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas clean and grounds maintained across buildings and parking areas.
• Operate and service floor-care equipment; perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and report to supervisors.
• Assist with special projects and training as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain documentation.
