Job summary

Parkway Maintenance & Management Pinellas LLC in Clearwater, FL seeks an experienced Master Crew Facilities Leader to coordinate and direct a maintenance crew across residential buildings, ensuring cleanliness, upkeep and safety.

You will inspect facilities, report deficiencies, support improvement projects, perform custodial and light maintenance, and supervise a team under the Building Services leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly wage of $22.04.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Bi-lingual helpful.
• Experience with light maintenance tasks (paint, drywall, basic carpentry, etc.).
• Experience with housekeeping techniques.
• Experience with cleaning tools and methods.
• Safety training knowledge preferred.
• Training or supervisory experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, sidewalks, walkways, parking areas and grounds.
• Patch and repaint vertical/horizontal surfaces and related touchups.
• Fulfilling special projects assigned by management and supervisors.
• Operate flooring equipment, perform mopping, washing, sweeping, and general cleaning tasks.
• Identify unsafe conditions and correct or report them promptly.
• Record and communicate issues to Building Services leadership.
