Job summary

Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a Multi-Craft Supervisor to oversee craft teams performing renovations, maintenance, and equipment relocation across ORNL facilities. The role focuses on safety, scheduling, and cost-effective execution in collaboration with engineers, planners, and occupants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 9 years journeyman experience in maintenance/renovation of facilities or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and general industrial construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct craft supervision for facility renovations, research support, and maintenance.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule work with craft workers, engineers and planners.
• Ensure work is performed safely, in compliance with ORNL policies and procedures.
• Assist in staffing, training, and performance evaluation of craft staff.
