Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties at McAllen office locations and maintain tidiness.
• Deliver messages, documents, and packages between AHSTI offices and affiliates.
• Assist with basic building maintenance including painting, lighting, and minor repairs.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and replenish supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
• Support in event setup and break-down for meetings and occasions.
