Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator for our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will manage ServiceChannel work orders, invoices, and data while supporting multiple departments across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in facilities coordination, familiarity with ServiceChannel, and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills. Office-based role with three days on-site minimum.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant experience in facilities coordination or related function.
• Experience with ServiceChannel or similar facilities/work-order system preferred.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices and identify exceptions.
• Review and process adjustments, IVR issues, and workflow items.
• Create, update, close work orders and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor aging work orders and follow up with restaurants and vendors.
• Maintain ServiceChannel user access and vendor/restaurant data.
• Provide first-level ServiceChannel support to operators, vendors and teams.
• Research invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and vendors.
• Improve ServiceChannel workflows and data accuracy with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on work orders, aging and invoices.
• Provide ServiceChannel training to staff and new hires.
• Support facilities projects including openings and remodels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices, and other activity; identify exceptions and take corrective action.
• Review and process NTE adjustments, IVR exceptions, work-order status corrections, and related workflow issues.
• Create, update, and close work orders and ensure system information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor aging work orders and proposals and follow up with restaurants, vendors, and management as needed.
• Maintain ServiceChannel user access, permissions, restaurant information, vendor information, and other system data.
• Provide first-level ServiceChannel support to restaurant operators, vendors, Facilities, Accounting, IT, and other users.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and vendors to research invoice discrepancies, resolve billing exceptions, and support timely invoice processing.
• Work with Facilities, Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve ServiceChannel workflows, system functionality, and data accuracy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting related to work orders, aging, NTE activity, proposals, invoices, vendors, and restaurant activity.
• Provide ServiceChannel training and guidance to restaurant operators, vendors, and new team members.
• Support Facilities projects, including restaurant openings, remodels, and other initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, facilities management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, system administration, accounts payable, restaurant operations, or a related function preferred.
• Experience with ServiceChannel or another facilities/work-order management system preferred.
• Basic understanding of facilities, accounts payable, and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and similar business applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with restaurant operators, vendors, and corporate teams.

Location :This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. The current in-office expectation is a minimum of three days per week, with additional onsite presence as business needs require. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix metro area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
