Triplenet Technologies in Seattle seeks a Link Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the facilities work order system and asset information management.
You will develop Not-To-Exceed work orders, help analyze data, and collaborate with team members to drive improvements while keeping schedules and admin tasks organized.
Assignment:Link Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities and duties:Provide support for the Facilities work order management system (EAMS) including the development of Not-To-Exceed Work Orders and gathering information with team resources to ensure completeness. Assist with work order analysis and reporting to help identify trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement. Organize and maintain project and asset information to ensure it remains accurate and up to date. Support efforts to ensure assets are effectively tracked, maintained, and incorporated into Facilities processes and systems. Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Facilities team as directed by leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience with data entry and complex computer systems. Proficient in Excel, MS Suite, SharePoint. Minor background in Project Management practices. Minor accounting experience. Communication skills: emails, teams chat, lite technical writing (like work instructions). Good soft skills like collaboration, staying organized, able to write well, and strong Word/Excel skills.
Location: Downtown Seattle
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Pay: $24.88 per hour
