Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Facilities Coordinator to address residents' daily needs, coordinate activities for designated neighborhoods, and liaise between General Services, residents, and staff.

Starting compensation is $27-$31 per hour, based on experience, paid bi-weekly. Woodleigh Chase is a 42-acre continuing care retirement community in Fairfax, VA, part of Erickson Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an office or facilities management role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to assess resident or other complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within General Services.
• Investigate complaints, suggestions, and occurrences.
• Select and oversee the work of outside contractors for projects.
• Audit all facilities for proper maintenance, repair, and cleanliness; coordinates needed repairs with the appropriate department(s).
• Conduct surveys on services recently performed for residents and other departments.
• Coordinate re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods.
