Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is looking for a dedicated individual to provide general overall facility management services in Houston, TX. You will be the primary point of contact for landlord communications and will assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning, facility-specific assistance, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration, and possess superior customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Required 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration.
• Must be proficient at customizing Excel spreadsheets and administrative reports.
• Superior customer service skills and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for landlord and property management.
• Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning.
• Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team.
• Manage and maintain small facility management tasks.
• Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL.
• Assist with meeting and conference room reservations.
• Monitor office/facility continuously.
