Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to support operations across multiple Club Pilates studios in the Costa Mesa area. You will handle tickets, equipment and supply orders, furniture coordination, and IT basics to keep locations compliant and running smoothly.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to manage recurring workflows while coordinating with vendors and studio leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in facilities support, administrative operations, or multi-unit customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring workflows and deadlines.
• Comfort working with SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, and studio management systems (e.g., Teamwork)
• Basic troubleshooting familiarity with Wi-Fi, phone systems, and music platforms, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day facilities ticket queue (approximately 25 hours per week), triaging, routing, and resolving requests from studio teams.
• Track ticket status and follow up to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain and update the Facilities Manual, ensuring standards and procedures remain current and accessible to studio teams.
• Assist Facilities Manager with all checklist tasks
• Process Equipment Replenishment Orders for active studio locations, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Process Initial Supply Orders for new studio builds & Acquisitions, coordinating with vendors to meet opening timelines.
• Manage active furniture orders for studio locations, tracking status from order placement through delivery.
• Support ongoing management of cleaning service contracts, including scheduling, service quality follow-up, and vendor communication.
• Maintain ongoing tracking of AED and First Aid certifications across studio locations, flagging upcoming renewals.
• Provide first-line IT support for Wi-Fi, phone systems, speakers and music platforms across studio locations.
