Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance and repair requests across MillerKnoll brands in North America. You will manage work orders, coordinate PM services, and maintain compliance records.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities/project management, with trade experience preferred and ServiceChannel familiarity. You will collaborate with vendors and building management to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Facilities and/or project management.
• Trade experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience using ServiceChannel or similar work order management system is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day service work orders for repair trades and other assigned trades across North America.
• Be first point of contact for emergent facilities issues; after-hours/weekend support as needed.
• Use work order system to dispatch and monitor orders and monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate and confirm completion of PM services (HVAC, Lighting, Cleaning, painting).
• Maintain city/state permitting and compliance records for elevators, HVAC, sanitation, etc.
• Update and maintain facilities files and specs.
• Assist with vendor communications for store refreshes and projects.
• Liaise with building management on parking, HVAC, elevator repair; escalate issues when needed.
