• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with internal customers and stakeholders.

• Oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations.
• Lead facilities team and manage outsourced service providers, ensuring quality oversight and timely solutions.
