KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Experience:- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment
Subcontractor Management:- Review subcontractor proposals and contracts
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Data Entry and Processing:- Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently
- Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements
- Provide administrative support for reporting requirements
Workload Management:- Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Facility Operations Support:- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities
- Monitor and report on facility conditions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures
REQUIREMENTS:- Previous experience in facility management or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Punctuality and reliability
