Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facility Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience:
  1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants
  2. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  3. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment

Subcontractor Management:
  1. Review subcontractor proposals and contracts
  2. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Data Entry and Processing:
  1. Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently
  2. Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements
  3. Provide administrative support for reporting requirements

Workload Management:
  1. Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively
  2. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  3. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Facility Operations Support:
  1. Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities
  2. Monitor and report on facility conditions
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Previous experience in facility management or a related field preferred
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  8. Punctuality and reliability
