About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure completion of facility tasks and work orders. This role supports the operations of assets, assisting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
  • Handle client inquiries and manage work orders.
  • Gather reports to assess performance and progress.
  • File work orders, proposals, and related documents from vendors.
  • Monitor activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, communicate effectively, and clarify as needed.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Utilize existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems, exercising limited discretion.
  • Perform duties and tasks as described, following defined procedures and processes under supervision.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
