Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network is seeking a Staff/Clinical Pharmacist to support an institutional care environment in Salem, NH. The role focuses on ensuring optimal drug therapy and supervising Pharmacy Technicians under the Director of Pharmacy.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, maintain compliance with NRHN policies, and contribute to quality outcomes while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. Degree.
  • Registered or board-eligible pharmacist in New Hampshire.
  • Experience in institutional practice desirable.
  • Self-directed and capable of supervising support personnel.
  • Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • The Pharmacist is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission.
  • Under the auspice of the Director of Pharmacy, the Staff/Clinical Pharmacist ensures drug therapy needs of patients are met.
  • Directs and may evaluate the performance of Pharmacy Technicians.
  • Collaborates with care teams to support quality outcomes.
