Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between JLL support services, account team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and service coordination.
  • Create, track, and manage work orders in the CMMS from initiation through completion, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer acknowledgement.
  • Provide clear directions to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption.
  • Assist with facility access processes including badging coordination and other administrative tasks.
  • Respond to facility situations with creative problem-solving and proactive follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.

Facilities Coordinator
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between JLL support services, account team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and service coordination
  • Create, track, and manage work orders in the CMMS from initiation through completion, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer acknowledgement
  • Provide clear directions to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption
  • Assist with facility access processes including badging coordination and other administrative tasks

Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under time constraints
  • Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment in professional settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach
Preferred qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant coursework in facilities management, business administration, or related field
  • Previous experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar work order platforms
  • Background in facilities coordination, property management, or corporate real estate services

Estimated compensation for this position: 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
