What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between JLL support services, account team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and service coordination
  • Create, track, and manage work orders in the CMMS from initiation through completion, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer acknowledgement
  • Provide clear directions to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption
  • Assist with facility access processes including badging coordination and other administrative tasks
  • Respond to facility situations with creative problem-solving and proactive follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
