ESFM is the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA. The Facilities Coordinator II provides excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients, focusing on soft services and overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other site activities.

This role operates Mon-Fri from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and requires experience in facilities maintenance with MS Office proficiency; GMP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
