Responsibilities

• Conduct, maintain, test, and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic principles.
• Restore equipment to operational condition.
• Provide skilled mechanical and electrical support across manufacturing areas.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Advise operators on safe operation procedures.
• Maintain performance and maintenance records.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Electrician license.
• Repetitive use of hands and arms.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with measuring tools is a plus.
• Experience with 3-phase, 480V systems.
